Introducing the Book "Metabolism of Nutritive Sweeteners in the Body"

Obesity is a condition in which the mass of body fat tissue increases. Although obesity is often equated with an increase in body weight, in very muscular individuals the calculations may, despite being overweight by standard measures, not reflect an increase in fat tissue.
Body weight is continuously distributed across populations, so drawing a medical boundary between obese and lean is a matter of convention; therefore, obesity is defined by assessing its association with mortality.
Being overweight and obese is associated with insulin resistance, high blood lipids (especially cholesterol), and high blood pressure.
As body weight increases, the risk of developing these conditions also rises. Other consequences for health from being overweight and obese include an increased risk of stroke, sleep apnea, osteoarthritis, and reduced fertility.

"Nutritive Sweeteners in the Body"[/caption] In a world where food supplies are limited, the ability to store more energy than is needed for immediate use is considered essential for survival. Fat cells, with their wide distribution, have adapted to accumulate fat tissue in order to store surplus energy in the form of triglycerides. When needed, the stored energy is released as free fatty acids for use in other tissues. This physiological system, through the nervous and endocrine pathways, allows humans to endure several months of starvation for survival. However, in the presence of an abundance of nutritional resources and a sedentary lifestyle, influenced by genetic predisposition, this system increases the body's fat stores, with adverse consequences for health. https://irannashr.com/main/product/%da%a9%d8%aa%d8%a7%d8%a8-%d9%85%d8%aa%d8%a7%d8%a8%d9%88%d9%84%db%8c%d8%b3%d9%85-%d8%b4%db%8c%d8%b1%db%8c%d9%86-%da%a9%d9%86%d9%86%d8%af%d9%87-%d9%87%d8%a7%db%8c-%d9%85%d8%ba%d8%b0%db%8c-%d8%af%d8%b1/
