When will my order ship?

Orders placed before 13:00 are processed the same business day and handed to the courier within 1–3 business days.

How do I track my order?

Open “Orders” in your account menu — live status and the tracking code are shown there.

How do I read an e-book?

After purchase it appears in “My Library” and opens in our secure reader, with font, text-size and night-mode options.

What is the return policy?

Within 7 days of delivery you can request a return for damaged or incorrect items from the order page. See Returns.

Is payment secure?

Payments go through official Shaparak gateways and the store carries the eNAMAD trust seal.
